#2854 RE: sugarless #2852

What you're telling us isn't surprising sugar, but very reassuring, because it's exactly what we've believed for many months.

We've always known about Sade and James, we've seen them on the BoD of other Cataldo companies.

The revelation about Cory is also no surprise, we've always speculated that Daddy T was trying to find some way to get him on payroll but couldn't get confirmation.

At Voip Inc. in Orlando, Cory had a 40k salary and $750/month vehicle allowance. All the while Cory was in LA making his shitty movies.

Sade had a note payable for a $350,000 "loan" he gave. The terms were to repay the full principal in 2 weeks plus 5% interest - that's 5% for the period, not annual. The note was convertible for 500k shares with a $1.00 put option. 5% versus ~43% profit in 2 weeks, what a no-brainer choice, huh?
