Sugarless,

I tend to agree with what you are saying about Tony Cataldo and Reid Breitman. Tony is the Dr. Kervorkian of the OTC world. Who is the other man Sherman Mazur and how does he fit in?

But as to Bob Bernstein, wasn't he the one who hired Tony Cataldo? What was his reasoning for picking a 7 time loser to co-run the company with him? Or did Breitman force Bob to hire Tony?

What is Michelle Micilli's role in all of this?

How does Sade Panahi and James Brooks fit in

Why did William Berks resign as VP and director.

Why did the CPA firm avoid MTCH's phone calls for 4 months?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Do tell

Are you a former MTCH employee?

If you are, don't be afraid to say so. They won't do anything to you. I also worked for a company run by Tony Cataldo.

While I'd like to believe your statements about Bob I have a hard time so. In my experience, officers of Cataldo companies are always compensated in one way or another to buy their cooperation and keep their mouths shut.

And as Blood said, why would he ever bring Tony on board? Horrible, horrible, horrible DD on Bob's part. As many of MTCH investor's have learned, poor DD will always get you ass-raped.
