I'm one of the strange ones who believes there was a naked short position ....

But that position was covered when CMKX ran to .0012 and was part of the reason why it ran.

I've seen lots of left for dead stocks take off on incredible volume and multi-bag. In my opinion, in the case of CMKX, the nakes shorts finally decided to cover when the news about Roger Glen broke.

Like you guys have been saying for some time -- if there were a trillion share naked short position and UC owns a ton of shares, why wouldn't he be doing everything possible to force them to cover as quickly as possible ?

It would be an easy $100M for him. maybe more.

Logic suggests that the fact he hasn't done everything in his power to make the naked shorts cover and making him $100M richer as a result leads to the obvious conclusion:

Even if at one time there had been a naked short position, none exists today.

There was a huge naked short on CMKX and Urban arranged so it got covered at a discount rate directly into his pocket.

Gump the Share Structure was supposed to be announced in 2003 according to Melvy.
He told me straight out its Inside Information and I told him your F'ng kidding me and that is pure BS and he hung up the phone.

To this day CMKX has not revelved the OS cause they know if it was released they could not promote it with race cars of what ever they dream up.

They have been under investigation in SASK for many years and finnally they may get nailed to the cross
