what happened to the to the shares of HGLC you were given? were they restricted and were they able to be cashed?

I'm trying to find solid proof the company distributed all the divvies they promised to all the people that had them coming .. so far zip .. other than maybe 3 people claiming they received them

Were not those assets finnaly given to share holders in the form of shares of HGLC
