How did FFGO/GWGO spin off mining assets and make up HGLC? Were not the mining assets of Ammbassador, Golden Egale and Sentinel owned by FFGO/GWGO? Were not those assets merged with PRTH to become HGLC? Were not those assets finnaly given to share holders in the form of shares of HGLC, just late as all get out due to DTCC or what ever the reason? Fact is it happened. I did get my shares, whether you are spiniing it to make a point, don't understand it or trying to mis lead, I don't know.
