Not so true. I am not infront of my spreadsheet to have exact figures, but you forgetting to incorporate the PE ratio in the equation. Also, there are only ~23 million shares outstanding. They would actually need about 10 million in revenue to justify a pps ~$1.00. The U/S was assumed to have about a 25% profit margin and a PE ratio of 10.

$10,000,000 revenue x 0.25% (Profit Margin) x 10 (PE)
-----------------------------------------------------
23,000,000 (Shares outstanding)

= ~$1.00 PPS

Are you kidding me? If TSHO generates $23 million in sales it will not trade at $1.00. Please read up on stock price fundamentals and learn about earning per share and price to earning ratios and how they affect a stock's price. If in fact TSHO can genereate $23 million in sales for this year that means TSHO's earning will be about $1 per share. If you take a conservative PE ration of 3-5 you will have a share price of $3-5. Now take earnings of $10 million as an example, now eps becomes .43 given the same pe ration of 3-5 you have a stock price of around $1.70.

If skymark isn't promoting tsho anymore, why are they sending out updates about it and why are they still following it on their website ? I have never posted anything before on this site, but I enjoy reading the stuff ya'll dream up on tsho. No one really knows if tsho will do great or fail, but I believe de beer knows a hell of alot more than anyone on this site about running a business. I believe he wants his comany to succeed as much as we do and he will make the right decisions. Skymark never said tsho would ever be an over night success either. De beer has done everything he has said he was going to do. I think he has alot of qualified people working for him and they know what they are doing. So if you cry babies don't like the stock, sell it where I can buy your shares.
