Quite honestly none of this should be a surprise, as this company has developed a long term habit in this area. I was hopeful things would be different with the new CEO but so far it's status quo.

It's about trust. It is difficult to trust the management when they hold little respect for the shareholders (imo).

Shareholders deserve the truth, at a minimum, from the executives in companies we invest. It is hard to tell what is believable with this issue. I though a long time ago we were going China, India and were developing a joint venture with Comfort systems which would roll out algae farms throughout the USA.

This is great technology and can help solve so many problems we face today. But maybe, Craig Venter is better equiped and funded to develop a commercial viable option for Algae.

I cannot fathom wtf is going on here..its either false/misleading PRs or Gofer is full of bs..which one is it because its got to be one or the other.
If its not Gofer then this is starting to look real funny.Afew pump PRS followed by millions of shares being sold doesnt bode well.

If it is completely false this is beyond absurd. I (many here as well) gave them a clean slate with the new CEO, but how many times are they going to issue prs about things that do not materialize. Leona valley, North Las Vegas and others.

Not to mention Fisher has been talking about OTC:BB since last May when he claimed to be filing paper work "in a few weeks".

Ok... we are supposed to be moving forward but now they may be doing it again. I hope Gopher is mistaken or the pr about "the secured" location is not to be the one from the pink filing / the one Gopher is talking about.

They may have good reasons for not going to OTC:BB ( I realize that) however, if this is the case they need to stop talking about it.

I have no problem with them taking time and going through the trials and tribulations but for the love of God and my equity position they need to stop issuing PRS until the issue in the PR is a done deal. They can use the In Touch Tuesday for more general strategic ideas. Save specific tatical moves for PRS when they are completed.

BigBake1, you and Gofertrder might both be right. You are correct that the Qt report states that the 98 acre site is a Project in Progress but so is The Death Valley Junction project, and look how long we've had that on the back burner.
The 04/21/2010 PR only states that "The clients and the company have identified and secured several acres on prime property in Southern California" for 5 PBRs "These same sites hold potential for expasion OF additinal acres of PBR moduales." Potential for expansion, not with room for expansion, and I would think they would have used a different description for 98 acres other than "several acres".
I have driven through that are in the past and you can see from I-10 and from Google Earth that this area is a welcome haven for the energy industry, so maybe we just grabed it at an opportunic time to beat out potential competitors for future growth potential, hence the point blank future consideration statement to Gofertrder by the company. If true then we may be closer than we think to the 150 acres.
Note that the 04/27/2010 PR only states that on April 28th BEHL "will meet their contractors at the Southern California site". I personally believe that if it were to be the Palm Springs site that they would have capitalized and elaborated on the 98 acre site as it is now public knowledge.
Go back to post #85356 and re-read the many posibilties for not starting up in P.S.

Just a thought you guys got me thinkin on. Well it's gettin late so I'll just pack it up for the night.

Good night and Good Luck To ALL.
