BigBake1, you and Gofertrder might both be right. You are correct that the Qt report states that the 98 acre site is a Project in Progress but so is The Death Valley Junction project, and look how long we've had that on the back burner.
The 04/21/2010 PR only states that "The clients and the company have identified and secured several acres on prime property in Southern California" for 5 PBRs "These same sites hold potential for expasion OF additinal acres of PBR moduales." Potential for expansion, not with room for expansion, and I would think they would have used a different description for 98 acres other than "several acres".
I have driven through that are in the past and you can see from I-10 and from Google Earth that this area is a welcome haven for the energy industry, so maybe we just grabed it at an opportunic time to beat out potential competitors for future growth potential, hence the point blank future consideration statement to Gofertrder by the company. If true then we may be closer than we think to the 150 acres.
Note that the 04/27/2010 PR only states that on April 28th BEHL "will meet their contractors at the Southern California site". I personally believe that if it were to be the Palm Springs site that they would have capitalized and elaborated on the 98 acre site as it is now public knowledge.
Go back to post #85356 and re-read the many posibilties for not starting up in P.S.

Just a thought you guys got me thinkin on. Well it's gettin late so I'll just pack it up for the night.
