No, last time I asked this was their reply.. Ive sent a few emails this week and not a single reply. Nothing happened with the Richwood "developments" so i wonder what the excuse will be this time..

Hi Patrick.
We are monitoring the changes within Pink Sheets and their reporting
procedures. It is presently unclear if they will classify us on the new
tier now or whether we would be classified there once the audits are
filed.
As to the conference call, we are considering participating in something
similar to that. It is unlikely that such a call would take place over
the next couple of weeks due to changing developments as previously
announced regarding our Richwood project.
