Commission regulatory filings" - promised in July to be done in 30 days and on DEc 3rd to be completed by yeard end

2. Buyback of 450 Million shares.
also promised in december to completed by the end of Dec. Never done

3. A dividend or record for Dec 31. Also one promised for holders of record on Dec 17th. They have issued on divvy of WLSC.

Promises that have been promised before. Market seems wose to it now - Might be time to start deleivering on some of them. I see only a DT on teh ask since the news hit - IT may run on delayed reaction and if it does - who knows I might play
