There are a few reasons they might say this is a scam. The first, and most obvious reason, is that they don't want it to gap up tomorrow so they can get in at a better price. The second is that there are no current filings from them. The third is that they see smaller amounts of their products for sale on the web site and think they don't have the capacity for this kind of situation.
IMHO these guys are legit and have some potentially quite lucrative patents.

Here is a brief history:

This road (for those of us Naive enough to start driving on it and keep driving on it), began as Speedtech TI (for me anyway). Suposedly some company that was making tools. Then it became, was bought or something of the sort, by Cengroup Petroleum (CPCO) who was supposedly going to do oil cleanup operations in the caspian sea. That never developed and that is where somehow it then became EnviroMOP or Mop Environmental Solutions sold to or bought by Charles Diamond (some entrepeneur in Maine). The company promised amazing things, originally had a decent website and blog that kept people up to date on progress, press releases, development of new equipment, etc. The company then started getting really bad about any kind of information and it was tough to even get any idea what was going on there. Almost 2 years ago, Silver Star Trading (SSTA) was supposed to merge or purchase Mop Enviro which included stock conversions, asset purchase, etc. but after almost a year of trying to get the companies to make good on their agreements and very frustrated investors, the deal dissolved and now we are back to Charlie being the CEO and supposedly running the show. Only one thing we all learned about Charlie is he is nearly impossible to reach although when you do talk to him he is cordial, somewhat elusive when answering direct questions but always ambitious for the companies future. I have to admit, I have never been to the facility, I have seen the CNBC report done on them and watched their videos on their uninformative website but overall, for all I know they could be two guys in a garage with a bunch of bags sitting on pallets full of air. I won´t lie and say I haven´t thought many times over the past few years that these guys were a load of crap but at the same time, my investment was so little and (worth so little) that I just decided to let it ride and wait and see if they could pull their heads out and make it move. Of course, that looks like it may take a catastrophe like we have in the Gulf to do it. But even then, all we can do is hope it will get it the recognition the company needs and the product deserves. As for me, I won´t dump another dime into and hope that it takes a huge ride so I can feel like I have regained a little face after sticking with it so long. Good luck to all in the coming weeks, I am keeping my fingers crossed.
