i cant make sense of it all. but from what i got off pink sheets is that BOCL which is currently BOCLE shares a phone number with BCLE. ACLH has its own phone number but very similar. BCLE and ACLH are in the same building with each other but in different suites. BOCL is in a different city. Feb 2 news for ACLH shows an agreement with BOCL. BCLE affiliate American Bio-Clean Inc was selling products to NUBY. NUBY then changed its ticker symbol to BOCL and name to Bio Clean Inc. BOCL gave BCLE 3 million shares for rights to use that name. but i cant figure out what they did with those shares.
That's what I came up with too Jeff. From what I've also found on here- BCLE owns the microbial remediation patent. One way or another BCLE will make some huge cash off this spill with their oil dispersant products. The news just keeps getting worse and worse everyday, unfortunately. Very sad situation for these people in and around the Gulf.
