From all the research I've done on this, BCLE is not affiliated with BOCL. It clearly states that in the press release below. BOCL also lists a different address up in Anaheim, not Huntington Beach where ACLH and BCLE are located.

In the press release above it says that BCLE supplies it's chemicals to BOCL. BOCL has agreed to purchase $1 million worth this year.
In other words, BCLE manufacturers and sells the chemicals to BOCL.

What I want to know is why do ACLH and BCLE share a phone # with each other? Does ACLH own BCLE? Maybe someone in the know can shed some light on this.

Irregardless, it looks like BCLE is well positioned to make some serious $$$ on the Gulf oil spil clean up efforts.
