I understand that it cost every time the do a PR.. my concern is they don't even do what they do announce , to wit, Russian Deal.. market makers, pr and ad campaigns, internet and TV, web sales, reporting, etc.
I've been here a lot longer than 2007 and the pattern of false starts is not the exception.
As to winning anything if one read the judges decision it was a stay of execution at best with a brutal pay out to YA .. (yes we may win that as well) but if not over 1,000,000 per year..+20% int.
Not a resounding victory by any means.
I assure you if we had any good / great news or progress /sales the chief silver back would be announcing that we had won the game and were being led out of Jordan to the promiced land.

I wish them well I just hope they can fire this thing up before it is overtaken by expence, legal and paybacks.
