I see the frustration but this company does not have to keep there shareholders with any info they are a pinky. I believe it costs every time they do pr. It looks like they won the lawsuit and now going to try to get rid of ya global debt. I have had my shares since 2007 and they were much lower at that time. I would sit back and watch for the next 6 months. I think the court battles are the reason people have not bought in. The street hates uncertainty
