If you think a "pre" could get paid and a "post" could not then you think it is ok for someone to be paid 2 times.
The shares that I have that are post seizure, were somebodies before sep 08. That person sold their shares at a profit or loss but that was up to them.
They got paid.
I bought their risk when I bought the Q shares. If the settlement comes, and the person I paid gets paid again that would be illegal. I took their risk on and I will receive the reward when it is paid.
Dont you agree that the above is true since the whole market system is based on the risk vs reward foundation?
