I didn't read anywhere that the CEO was sick for two weeks. They asked for a two week extension to close. A lot of people would not want to be in a room where they might get sick from someone.

I didn't read where all the other work on the deal was stopped because the CEO was sick either.

My opinion is that if they new for two weeks that this guy was really sick why would they not say anything sooner why wait till the day before, and do you really think that because of one person they would stop everything PLEASE !!! They new the stock would drop with this kind of PR of being postponed for another 2 weeks, Planning is EVERYTHING just ask the guy who was sick...
