THRR BUYOUT INFORMATION UPDATE

The company shamelessly hyped April 10th as a possible date for the closure of what had previously been described as a "board approved" tender offer.

April 10th came and went but there was no buyout just as many market pros told everyone would happen. Just two days before April 10th, the company said they needed to extend the buyout offer until April 30th because they need to "do some due diligence". (Like they never did any due diligence before they approved the offer? That's rich).

So, the company then wanted you to believe that a deal would happen by April 30th.

Now, one day from April 30th, the company has informed the world that they could not do the deal yet because the CEO had been ill with pneumonia. but never fear, two weeks from now, the shareholders should see the deal completed.

Anyone see a pattern here?

Yes, that's right. You are probably thinking this is a stock scam.

You would be right

The company has printed more than two billion new shares just since they claimed they had approved a buyout offer for the company back in mid-March. No doubt they now have the newbie money which stepped in to buy on the belief that these shameless pumpers at THRR were telling the truth about April 10th and then April 30th.

These scoundrels have not even bothered to name the mythical suitor. And guess what? That means it was impossible to close a tender offer by April 30th and it is now impossible to close a deal in two weeks as well since no official tender has even been launched yet and SEC rules require a minimum of 20 days before a tender can close.

Newbies beware. The cat is out of the bag. THRR has been scamming. There is no deal worth one penny per share in cash for shareholders.
