Exclusivity is set to expire on 6/11/10. MMPIQ would need to file a request for an extension. The Court may not approv it since the Creditors do not have to wait.
Sooner or later, those third-party plan proponents will finally appear. The ones who bought "votes" over the months just waiting for the Debtor's time to run out.
