Our friend may be trying to start a rumor and probably wants your shares. I could be wrong (no offense, doc). There's been no such talk of a conversion. In fact it looks like MMPIQ will net about $26 million from the sale of W. Ninth Street after paying/settling up with Canyon Capital, which financed the construction. That money should go a long way in clearing things up.
And of course, there is a newly revised Plan that will soon be revealed.
And as EI said, things could get a little crazy around here...
