I'll first state these are all my opinions. I wouldn't say it's a done deal, but I would say it will happen. Personally, I think it would be relatively easy for them to get deals done in china, and much easier than getting them here in the US. When you look at China's air quality, you can see they're desperate for any kind of solution, so why not go with people who know coal, and have an innovative technology. If you have the time, you will see some big $ deals going down.
