I understand that this is your opinion. How does CCTC really know that their innovative technology really works. Whatever happened to the ground breaking in Inner Mongolia on a 550 acre site that was scheduled for the first quarter of 2009 with initial clean coal production estimated within 18 months. That never happened did it? If it did completion would still be about another six months?? wouldn't pps be going through the roof about right now?
