Well thank goodness for attorneys. they communicate and handle business for their clienst under these circumstance. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PR THAT SAYS "I AM SICK AND CANNOT TALK TO YOU. AND MY ATTORNEY CAN NOT TALK TO YOU.

ITS JUST LIKE THEIR CC.

and Mr Flessner is 63 years old so a lung infection would be much more difficult for him to fight off. They didnt have to say anything in the pr that he was sick....they could have just said "delay 2 weeks due to circumstances......but it appears that the told us he was sick so that we would understand why the delay. this only adds to their credibility.
