It would make sense this is the reason he wasn't at the conference call. He's not the president of the US though, he could have told us he was sick :P.

Pneumonia is hard to get rid of when your older. Especially if you already have existing problems or let it go untreated for long enough. He should be glad he didn't die.

That however, would mean the end of the deal and while I would be sorry at the loss of a human being, I would have the first case of pennystock induced death.
