Someone posted a response they got from pinksheets.com a few weeks back. I can't remember the exact words, but it was along the lines of - once they get the attorney letter and do some additional research due to the company's past actions- or something like that. My guess is soon though as I believe they've had the necessary letter for a good 2 weeks now.
