You can see the company’s filings at www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=HFBG by clicking the “Filings” tab. At this time, you will see that they have not posted an Attorney Letter since 2007. Until they post an updated attorney letter for a recent quarter end, they will continue to be labeled Caveat Emptor.
