Scheduling is everything...right....so you don't announce financials on a specific date unless you have the ducks in a row to get to that point in time....If you know the accounts need to be halted and rectified etc....you do that in anticipation of the PR'd Date....otherwise you look either completly inept or crooked.....

Kinda of like telling a customer "your steak will be out in a minute"....then having it delivered 4 hours late and uncooked. hehe

Thats laughable, so you are suggesting that the company can't release any financials from the past 3 years on the chance they might get a future account and have to process it. So if they sign a new contract tomorrow we wait another 6 months for them to get their books in order.
The company could draw a line in the sand and release financials at any time but they are choosing not too. When you have been watching the company for more than a day you may start to understand why they haven't done so far. It certainly wasn't waiting for Chicos.
