IMO that's why the PPS TANKED and then the BS POR finished off the daytraders that weren't "in the know"...I'm really hoping the SEC looks into that week. I tried to but another 200,000 WAMUQ's at .10 and the PPS was lower. I had 1 order at 100k and 4 at 25k and I was always above the ASK. Someone got 10,000,000 at .09 I saw it on my own TDA account

Who knows how many (common) shares were in WMI's hands at time of seizure. I read of about 400 mil. shares.
Where are these approx. 400 mil. commons now?
Are they qualified to vote?
Who will vote (if qualified)?
