Oh...frieds.....I forgot.....Called the transfer agent just now.....the os is4,477,403,735.

I asked him If He knew how many shares Toscano had??........i said I heard a rumor.He said he did know........but I would have to ask Toscano himself.What about the free trading?.....He said the company should provide that information for us.

anyone think we can get this information.....after all.what do they have to hide? Or is this just like the disclaimers after each PR...they only tell us what they have too by law???

Lots of smart people that know the law at IPWG......but they can't get rid of the chill strait up.......they have to dilute us even below where we are today.......wonderful people that need to be praise.....IMO......

they will take praise.....but will take anyof our calls and answer how many shares are free or how many our advisor has????......It is not the number posted by Investor.

john already posted that they did try to file an S1 --- and the dtcc wouldn't accept it - nor remove the chill based on it. if you expect people to read your posts, least you can do is read others.
