Yes,...file an S1.....IMO.....SO now we have to go lower in price than where we are today....430 times lower.Anyone ever ask why??????????????????

they are saying we need to do this because the chill will not come off any other way.......and don't forget to read the diclaimers.That is the only area that they have gotten rigth ..100% of the time.....IMO
