There are 80 million shares right now and growing. I may not have an MBA but I ran three successful Companies, and if the boss is not buying back shares at this price, not explaining where all the money went, getting his reports out on time, there has to be a reason. He's making more $$ through conversion.
It sure would be informative to get a look at his W-2 forms from 2008 and 2009.
Please explain how a 100 million a year Co. can trade at under a penny( that is what the current PPS is including the 20-1 reverse split)
I understand your math, but if you do not see soemthing terribly wrong here that doesnt add up, I guess you are way smarter than me.
The investment firm had the PPS at $2.80

Hey, rordreds. You got a fax machine?

Word is that one has to manually fax a written request asking for the current up to date O/S count before it will become available to anyone whatsoever.

What say theee…you game, rordreds? You ready to fax at your next earliest convenience, next day or two, in order that all NWMT’ers can get a current real-time outstanding common share count?

Info available to date from 12-31-2009 ain't squat! Investors deserve to know the real time O/S count.

Haha, $1.40? Don't do a 100:1 RS!
It'll be very nice to go 0.10 in 2010.
