The .0187 is cash/share as of 12/31/09 assuming the a/s maxed out. Our book value with the same assumption is .14/share without even providing a market multiple.

The book value for the approximately 30MM o/s as stated in the 10K as of 12/31/09 gives us a book value around what the investment report data states of $1.40 or so.
