I agree 100% . They should realize shareholders can wait until May 5th and not put anymore watered down PR's out. Buyout/ Partnership sounds alot better than stategic alliance. Even though its a partnership they speak of, but repeating it is like asking a hot chick out the first time and not believing your ears and asking again only to find your butt kick off the couch!
