Im very long on this.. but this particular PR really says nothing new to me.. and Im no dummy.. the "language" has constantly changed.. form buyout/partnership to "strategic alliance".. a strategic alliance could be interpreted in a variety of ways.. In the case of POSC, I feel like it IS something substantial.. but its friggin vague, and we dont need any more of it.. the more prs like this, the more it looks like fluff..
