So Trexville, can revenues be realized from the tech in the current state of patent applications? If so, what channels of revenue from the tech are possihbilities before NVEI actually is awarded patents? Is patent pending status enough to get, say a licensing agreement?

Trexville, thought you should know that being the first to file a patent application does not necessary give patent protection. The law is that the patent belongs to the party that proves that they were the first in time to demostrate the invention. Patent-pending status is important but not the end of the game if there is another party with similar claims.

Patent Pending status also shields the proprietary techniques from the prying eyes of competitors until it is made public when the patents are granted. Thus, those who might wish to springboard off of New Visual's discoveries will have to wait while New Visual is licensing the technology, manufacturing chipsets, and creating a rapidly growing revenue stream.
