Please explain how this is a bad thing for us. Clearly the only reason for producing this document was to cover their backside and to further the cause of financial reform.
For starter it only address facts that support their position thus skewing the report in their favor. Once again they took the easy road and found only what they wanted to find.
It reminds me of watching the little kids at the Easter egg hunt, all of them running around shaking the plastic eggs listening for money and tossing aside everything else.
