I have to agree with you, it looks like the piggy bank has run dry, much like their oil and gas wells. I could have told them they would not find oil in their gold mine or gold in their oil wells.
The picture was painted plain as day when they did the crooked R/S.
The writing was on the wall and it said screw you shareholders.

Some one is going to view these low prices as a time to buy.
