I'm not 100%, but doesn't a stock transfer agant handle all of the proxies and such.. Have you moved or checked to see if your address is correct. Do you go through a broker to hold your shares or do you have actual share certificates??

Are you by some chance receiving all your proxies by e-mail? Did you request from your broker to withhold mailing them, as well as statements? In any case, it's not the fault of the company.
