Exactly ~ Management is ultimately responsible to the shareholders of any publically traded company. Hopefully after Tuesday things will improve.

I have a fairly substantial number of shares in this company but as of today have still not received any voting materials. I wonder if this is symptomatic of the distain for shareholders or just the general incompetency of management ?
