My bet is that the lawsuit is intended to pump the stock so that the players have the ability to dump it. The threat of this lawsuit has been around for a long time and comes out now? It most likely is associated with some pending demise at the hands of the SEC and they need to run the market one last time.
No 10's to validate their claims. To show harm they would have to show that they were otherwise a viable company and they were not and continue not to be. The trade suspension did not alter their ability to file.
The SEC Wells notice is based on the SEC's due diligence and nothing I or anybody else stated. SPNG would have to prove otherwise.
