They want details as to how Calypso was blocked from getting deals and each allegation Calypso complained about. I thought a trial was for giving details. Have I got this wrong, you give the other side the details of your case before trial ? Apparently they just want to send in some documents and hope the case is closed. With the seriousness of the allegations and all of the confusion, a "real" trial needs to be held. Maybe they don't want to be deposed or appear in court. Is there a pattern here? I didn't see anything in their filing that suggested the Daic parties want to have a jury trial, they are asking the judge to award them the patents based on their claim Calypso defaulted. Maybe that worked in 2006, but we have the "Storm" troopers on the case now.
By the way, weren't they involved in the 2009 agreement that is now not an agreement, didn't that interfere with something? I think it cost the shareholders and we want our money back.
