I say let's bring it to court, the sooner the better. We need our day and Daic certainly needs his day. I can't imagine the judge is going to rule on this case with the limited information he or she has available. I think you're right, they are stalling, trying to figure out a better plan. My advice, there is only one plan, this thing has to be heard in court. I don't even think a settlement would be good without Daic extricated from Calypso. Dave offered Daic an opportunity to walk away and not be involved with Calypso, which is the only settlement that makes sense. Now I want him to walk and leave us the stock, money, patents and anything else he has that was once Calypso's.
