Good morning John, It dosen't look like I can help you, They are seeing profits rite now, you will have to wait for a filing for that, when the 10Q comes out you will see the nuts and bolts of the new company. It looks like you worked very hard on your DD, if you look at the filings in the past, the last one we got is so much better, so they are on the rite track, the company started over from the bottom, thats why the prices PPS is at the bottom, there have been alot of companys that have failed and came back very profitable. I've started new buisnesses and it looks to me that they are off to a good start. when they were 30mil in debt the PPS was .50 so I truly beleive we will see that PPS again. have a great day.
