This stock symbol isnt a real company and there is no independent evidence that its anything real. MLON/PYCT has, in 7 years never done any actual business. It just puts out PRs and sells shares. Heck, it doesnt even bother putting out unverifiable unaudited financials any more, doesnt have an identifiable CEO in the PRs or any other company officers. This company was supposed to rocket higher in 2008 because of all the money myserious Hong Kong investors were bringing to the table. Its now 2010.
Im just curious as to how long the SEC will allow this floating crap game to keep going. The posts of late are more comical than the socalled company lately as they havent issued even a fluff PR in nearly 3 months. Im still curious as to whether or not they will ever address the issue where Hong Kong investors allegedly took control of the PYCT back in April 2008 via purchase of 100% of preferred shares (in PRs in 2008 and early 2009) but never mentioned this material item in the 2008 financials. Either the PRs were a lie or the financials were fraudulent. Its one or the other.
I had a few million shares an old .0001 penny from 2006 that took 3 years of no financials before they finally revoked its shares. PYCT is currently half way there.
