If the company loses temporary shareholders by not releasing whatever, as whomever feels they should on an immediate basis, that's all they've lost....temporary shareholders. The same cannot and never will be called investors under any circumstances.
What we have here, to whatever extent, is a bunch of nervous, contrarian newbies, aided by a growing and most willing crowd of bashers. Some of which I recognize from their work elsewhere.
