Bederra Corporation (Pinksheets:BEDA - News) management reports that it has begun repurchasing shares of the company's common stock from the open market in its previously announced buyback program.

Why didn't they change the float in that update? Because they are not finished with the buyback and they are leaving it for a big surprise!

They have been buying shares, they are not retired yet!!! When they do then the float number will change. Even my 3yr old can figure that out.
