The filings of 2008-06-16 and before, I didn't even need to look at cause obviously you are saying insiders sold ever since the pump and dump, right?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the SEC Form D is to raise capital for the issuer, (which is "Name of Issuer
Expo Holdings Inc.").

Where does it say Insiders have sold?

Those appear to be Rule 504 Private Placement sales to accredited investors of restricted shares before July 2009.

Now, now springroll, you showing that JD did in fact sell some shares may upset some. After all, why read filings when several posters on a message board say it never happened?
