So I looked at the recent filing.

I don't see it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the SEC Form D is to raise capital for the issuer, (which is "Name of Issuer
Expo Holdings Inc.").

Where does it say Insiders have sold?

I'm not using logic, I'm not using my hopes and dreams....until there is proof...the other person wins, no?
