Truly, Drew88, none of us actually "knows" just when the actual, official, signed-sealed-delivered Merger Agreement and Contract with the huge Chinese Merger Candidate will be announced.

Truly and totally, our good friend, the Announcement / PR could come at any moment today,...or six weeks from today.

And, as folks often say, "The Truth likely lies somewhere in between."

Until then, we shall play footsie with our Antlers, Horns, diapers, oxygen tanks, lovely-billed jungle birds, valley bois, hermits, and anybody else who wants to join us bunch of straggly, highly unlikely, hilarious, tottering, rapidly-aging carnival people!
