Truly, Drew88, none of us actually "knows" just when the actual, official, signed-sealed-delivered Merger Agreement and Contract with the huge Chinese Merger Candidate will be announced.

Truly and totally, our good friend, the Announcement / PR could come at any moment today,...or six weeks from today.

And, as folks often say, "The Truth likely lies somewhere in between."
